Automations and integrations that talk to each other — so your team spends time on what matters.
We look at how your operations actually run, replace the manual work with automation, and connect it into the systems you already use. What starts as one process becomes a set of automations that speak to each other across your business — quietly, in the background, sharpening the operation as you scale.
Built EU-first, tailored per client, transparent throughout.
We work across the operational surface of your business. Every engagement follows the same shape — we look at how a process runs today, replace the manual work with automation, connect it into your existing systems, and keep refining it as the operation grows. Where a best-in-market tool already solves a problem well, we bring in the one we'd use ourselves; where nothing on the market fits, we build it. Start with one process; expand as you see it working.
For the customer-facing surface — where questions come in, leads land, and bookings need to happen without a person answering every message.
For the work behind the scenes — document processing, sales and marketing operations, programme management, back-office support, and whatever else in your business runs on repeat.
For the ongoing work of running the automation well — reviewing what's working, extending what could work harder, and keeping the whole thing accountable.
Every function automated. Every function talking to the next.
Most businesses run departments that operate in isolation — customer support doesn't see what marketing is doing, sales doesn't see what support is hearing, operations doesn't see either. A ticket, a lead, a document, a shipment: each one moves through its own tool, in its own team, with the joins made by people copy-pasting between systems.
Our long-term aim with any client is to remove those joins. We automate one function properly, then the next, then the connections between them — until the operation runs as one coordinated layer where every function informs the next, and no team is flying blind on what another is doing.
You start with one process. The value compounds as more of your business joins the same layer. That's the direction; how far and how fast is your call.
We don't organise around industries — the same work shows up in all of them. What differs is which part of your operation is costing you the most time. Customer support, document processing, sales and marketing, programme management, finance and HR admin, reporting and data pipelines — we automate across all of it. A few of the places it usually starts:
Your team retypes answers that already exist, and anything arriving after hours waits until morning. An assistant handles the routine ones in your voice, books and reschedules against a live calendar, and hands off the moment real judgement is needed.
Contracts, invoices, forms, applications and reports arrive in every format there is. We read them, pull out what matters, check it, and push it into the systems that need it — onboarding, filing and record-keeping included, with nobody retyping fields.
An enquiry lands in one place, the CRM lives in another, and the follow-up depends on someone remembering. We close the gap — qualifying, routing, updating records and triggering the next touch automatically, so the pipeline reflects reality without anyone maintaining it.
Programme and project management, finance and HR admin, reporting, dashboards and early-warning data pipelines — the approach never changes. Where a proven tool already does the job, we bring in the one we'd choose ourselves. Where nothing on the market fits how you operate, we build it from scratch.
Start the conversation →The founding team spent two decades building and running operations and technology inside large organisations: government, enterprise, and humanitarian. Some of what that looked like:
Built around EU data confidentiality from day one. Data Processing Agreements as standard, EU hosting where possible, and AI providers that don't train on your data — so confidentiality is a design principle, not an afterthought.
We begin with a small, low-risk piece and prove it before going anywhere near your core systems.
Reach out to us →Praxis Acumen is an independent partnership with 20+ years of combined experience leading complex programs across operations, supply chain, product and technology. We bring that level of thinking to growing businesses — without the corporate overhead.
We've governed large-scale programs from the ground up, driven significant cost and efficiency gains through automation and process redesign, launched operations across international markets, and delivered measurable commercial impact across the supply chain. What sets us apart is the depth at which we work — in the weeds with engineering and data teams building automation, in the boardroom turning strategy into execution, and on the ground embedding change in operations teams.
We work embedded alongside your team and keep everything documented and transparent. But automated operations aren't a hand-it-over-and-leave job — they're living systems that need tending, extending and refining as you grow, so we stay on to keep them running and sharp. Everything we build is yours; the ongoing relationship is earned on results, not lock-in.
A senior program and operations leader with 8+ years designing, governing and standardising large-scale supply chain and logistics programs across European and global markets. Translates complex operational requirements into structured frameworks and technology-driven solutions, building scalable systems that outlast the programs that created them.
A technical program manager with 13+ years of international experience leading complex programs across operations, supply chain and product for global enterprises. Moves fluidly between C-suite strategy and ground-level execution, with a track record of building high-performance teams and technology-led solutions in fast-moving environments.
Anujith and Nihal lead Praxis alongside a small, hand-picked team of developers and GTM engineers who build the systems, ship the automations, and take the work to market.
We align on outcomes, risks and what “done” means before building anything.
Vertical increments that reduce surprise and keep you in the loop throughout.
Runbooks, ownership and sensible defaults, so nothing we build is ever a black box.
A sense of the range, behind Praxis Acumen — the kinds of systems the team has designed, built and run across sectors. The specifics stay with our clients.
Platforms for teams that have to act when timing matters most — sharing information, routing aid and cases, and turning noisy real-world data into early signals. Built to stay calm under pressure.
Dashboards and tooling that pull exchanges, signals, execution and reporting into one traceable view — so the people making fast calls can see the whole board, not fragments.
The quiet kind of automation that removes repetitive work between systems — document flows, follow-ups, reporting — including agent-style workflows that carry a multi-step task from start to finish.
Large operations redesigned to run leaner — partner and carrier networks onboarded, processes standardised, manual effort stripped out. In one case, an eleven-person process collapsed to three.
The unglamorous foundation everything stands on: turning spreadsheets, exports and archives into clean, queryable systems with reporting people actually trust.
A privacy product that scans where personal data is exposed across brokers, automates removal requests, and keeps watch over time.
Delivery stats and the organisations the team has worked with live on the homepage.

Confidentiality is a design principle at Praxis Acumen, not an afterthought. This is a plain-language summary of how we treat the data we touch on your behalf.
When we build or run systems for you, we process personal data on your behalf — you are the controller, we are your processor. Every engagement is governed by a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) that sets out what we process, why, and the safeguards around it.
We handle only the data a job actually needs, and we keep a record of what that is. We don't repurpose your data, and we don't sell it.
Any third-party tool that touches your data — AI provider, automation platform, hosting — is a sub-processor, listed in your DPA. We prefer EU hosting, choose providers that don't train on your data, and put the right transfer safeguards in place where data crosses borders.
Where we deploy an AI assistant, it clearly tells people they're speaking with an AI, and hands off to a human when that's the right thing to do.
We help you respond to access or deletion requests from the individuals whose data we process for you.
